Sadness Stays Sometime

This zine was made by Studio Plume a zinemaker from Los Angeles

We gave them some space to tell us about themselves, their process, and what inspires them. This is what they said:

StudioPlume is an independent press dedicated to publishing limited-run artist books and zines, exploring how stories and objects can carry both poetry and presence.

In this artist book, sadness is printed on transparent pages, so that each layer drifts and overlays onto the paper scenes beneath — like a thin cloud hovering, sometimes playful, sometimes heavy. Blue drops scatter across the transparent sheets, a visual measure of how much sadness is present in each moment.
