Like most third culture kids, I struggled a lot with my identity growing up. Am I Chinese? or am I American? After many years of reflection, I feel so secure to say I am a proud ABC and that ABCs have their own culture.

I created this zine series for my oldest sister as a way to keep in touch and to encourage and supplement her Chinese learning process. This zine is written in a way that is candid, silly, and approachable. It contains a mix of personal stories and musings, recipes, and fun facts. It's designed to be a small little bite-sized pick-me-up found once a month in her mailbox.

While this is a zine series specifically catered for Cantonese heritage speakers, I believe that anyone that takes interest in other cultures, language, or food would appreciate this zine.
