Apple and Grape: Preteen Humanoid Ninjitsu Experts

We gave them some space to tell us about themselves, their process, and what inspires them. This is what they said:

I am a member of the Triangle Comics Creator Network. I create comics geared towards kids. I currently have four graphic novels featured in my local library.

I was inspired to create a comic to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" franchise. I also wanted to advertise my comic series "Apple and Grape". To take out two birds with one stone, I combined the two franchises in an unofficial crossover comic.

A copy of this zine was given to Kevin Eastman (co-creator of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) at the 2024 NC Comicon in Durham.
