We gave them some space to tell us about themselves, their process, and what inspires them. This is what they said:

Zine making had me hooked right away because of the DIY, "use what you've got," nature of the craft. I'm just a trailer trash kid from a tiny town in the midwest, so the idea that zines should be accessible really resonated. Now I use zine creation as a way to heal and collaborate. Fish Guts Vol. 1 is available for the first time at BLZF! and I'll be making a call for collaborators on volume 2 really soon. Got a fish guts story or comic? Jump in!
